Now therefore, we pray unto You, if we have found favour in Your sight, let us know Your ways, that in doing so, we may know You, please LORD (Exodus 33:13). Make known Your ways to us, LORD (Psalm 25:4), so that by following Your ways, it shall be Your ways themselves that order our steps and that are a light unto our feet. For then You shall broaden the path of our feet so that we shall walk with feet that neither slip nor stumble (Psalm 18:36). Being feet shod with the ever sure sandals of the leading of Your Spirit, being the leading of the gospel of peace (Ephesians 6:15). Which is to lead us all in the way everlasting (Psalm 139:24).

And because You made Your ways known to Moses upon the MOUNTAIN TOP, Moses was then able to lead the children of Israel out of the VALLEY of captivity of slavery. Like Moses, teach us all Your ways, O Heavenly Father (Psalm 103:7). Which are the ways of habitation of the mountain top dwellers. Through the seed of Your Son, the living Word made flesh for all who yield to Your word, make Your heavenly ways known to each and every one of us. That just like Moses, Your indwelling Son may lead the flesh of EVERY generation of all Your children out of slavery and captivity unto the ways of the world (Egypt). That EVERY generation may renounce the golden calf of the valley of the god of the ways of self (being the stubborn and rebellious ways of Pharoah). That we may all become unencumbered from the gravity of the EARTH of the fallen nature of our flesh, and as a Moses company of mountain top dwellers, we may ascend the SPIRIT of the high mountain of the LORD, and come to stand in His holy place (Psalm 24:3).

Which are eagles, being all those who wait upon the LORD and renew their strength upon the winds of the living Spirit. That just like the eagle teaches its young how to fly, that in loving our neighbour as ourselves, as eagles, we all may become a Moses company that make disciples of all men and lead our brothers and sisters out of slavery. For many nations will come and say, “Come and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord and to the house of the God of Jacob, that He may teach us about His ways and that we may walk in His paths.” (Micah 4:2).

And through letting go of the gravity of our old ways through the baptism of Christ, that just like for the armies of Pharoah, that all the armies of our self pride and haughtiness may be thoroughly overcome and forever buried beneath the weight of Your holy waters, being the weight of the glory of the word made flesh. So that when we all emerge and stand up on the other side of the Red Sea darkened with the stain of all our iniquities, sins and transgressions, having been washed anew by Your word, we shall stand up as a new creation, washed as white as snow, by the rivers of living waters of Your way, and Your truth, and Your life. For then will we all be free to be entirely Yours - spirit, soul and body. For who the Son sets free is free indeed (John 8:36).

Make known Your ways to us LORD. That we may no longer be a slave to a foreign land, and a foreign way, and a foreign house. For a slave is not a permanent member of the family, but a son belongs to it forever (John 8:35). Lead us by Your Spirit, for then we shall be sons (Romans 8:14). And then we shall all be family. Which is a position and a place and a privilege that, once bestowed, lasts forever. For this one thing we have all asked of the LORD, and this is what we all desire: to dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of our lives, to gaze on the beauty of the LORD, and to seek Him in His temple (Psalm 27:4). That as Your sons, for all of eternity, we may belong to Your house (Ephesians 2:19). And from everlasting to everlasting, we may belong unto Your perfect ways.
