FIRE, AND OIL, AND GLORY
It's when God lights the OIL of His anointing on you with His holy FIRE that the end result is His GLORY. Fire + Oil = Glory. His Fire! His oil! His glory!
Be glorified in us, LORD my God. May Your holy fire light up Your oil like a light on a hill. May You be for ever and ever in the forefront and the firmament of our lives. When people look at us, may they see "You". May they be drawn to the burning bush of Moses, the tree of life that was... aflame, but yet not consumed. May they see a strange thing that draws them out of the desert, forever towards the oasis of life, like moths out of the darkness, forever towards the light.
Purify all that is in us, and of us, to be in the image and likeness of You. May our "outward IMAGE" be the pure silver of Your reflection, and may our "inner LIKENESS" be the pure gold of Your divine nature. Lift us up, oh Father, upon the shoulders of giants, not that "we" may be seen, but so that as we stand out, all may see "You"!!! Like a glorious light made of fire, and oil, on a high hill. And also lift us up upon the wings of eagles, that we may see the into the desert "as far as the East is from the West" with Your far-seeing eyes of love. To you alone be all the glory. Amen and amen.
For Your glory, HALLOWED BE THY NAME. May the world see You now lifted high upon the shoulders of the eternal praises of all Your sons and daughters. "I lift you high in praise, my God, O my King! and I’ll bless YOUR NAME into eternity." - Psalm 145:1. Amen and amen.
For Your glory, THY KINGDOM COME, for "You are the light of the world. A CITY (Jerusalem) that is set on a hill cannot be hidden." - Matthew 5:14. Amen and amen.
For Your glory, THY WILL BE DONE ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN. "Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me from your presence or take your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of your salvation and grant me a WILLING spirit, to sustain me." - Psalm 51:10-12. Amen and amen.
Now to the King, eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honour and glory, for ever and ever. Amen. - 1 Timothy 1:17
