Our LORD our God, we consecrate and dedicate all our senses unto You, our Most High, unto the leading of Your Spirit.

     Let them be the 5-fold ministry of Your Spirit in the tabernacle of our bodies, the temple of the Holy Spirit.

     For Your Word says that we are not our own, that we have been bought at a price, that we must honour You, God, with our bodies (1 Corinthians 6:20). Therefore, we consecrate the five senses of our bodies unto You, LORD, unto the sanctification and purposes and leading of the Holy Spirit.

     Use us and our senses LORD God, to perfect Your will and all that which concerns You.

     Let our senses be a living extension of Your Spirit and Your will, like the five fingers of Your right hand.

    Open our eyes, and our ears, and our smell, and our taste, and our touch, to the things of the Spirit, oh great Father in heaven, so that in each of us, Your kingdom may come. So that in each of us, Your will may be done. In every temple of the Holy Spirit that makes up the living body of Christ.

     May we see with the eyes of Your heart, and may we hear with the ears of Your heart, and may we touch and smell and taste with Your heart. Which is to do everything through Your Spirit. So that in every way we are able to interact and relate to the world about us, we may do so through Your Spirit. So that the world may also come to see and taste and hear and smell and touch YOU!

     For it is written that Your eyes look not to the appearances, but to the heart. Which is to look with the eyes of discernment. Which is the language and realm of the Spirit. Through the leading of Your Spirit, may our eyes see in exactly the same way, which is not to the appearances but to the heart, O God, as may our ears, and smell, and taste, and touch. That Your body and Your kingdom may be served well. For it will then be served by the perfect love of Your Spirit.

     For Your Spirit goes where no hands can reach. Your Spirit sees where no eyes can see. Your Spirit smells what no sense of smell can apprehend. Your Spirit tastes what no tastebud can understand. And Your Spirit hears what no ear can hear.

     Open the five doors of our five senses to Your Spirit, Father. May they serve Your purposes and Your Spirit well, like the five-fold ministry of the church. Which is completely. May they open the realm of the spirit to all Your servants in a brand new and all-powerful way.

     May we begin to walk in a new dimension of discernment and wisdom. That the name of the Father may be glorified. That the name of the Son may be honoured. That the name of the Holy Spirit may be praised.

    Enter us through our senses, Holy Spirit. Come and consume us and possess all that we are — spirit, soul and body.

In Jesus’ holy name, this we ask and pray and thank You for, for this household and every household, for all of Your household, for all the lost, and all the saved, and all those who are yet to come and dwell in the house of the LORD, amen and amen.
