When it says, “Hallowed be your name”, whilst the emphasis is on His name being HALLOWED, which is both fitting and right, lest we all somehow forget, the emphasis of the wise words of the Son of Man was equally on hallowed be “YOUR” name, not our own name, or anyone else’s.

Those behind pulpits today seem to have forgotten this opening and founding and anchor statement. In the same way, they seem to have also forgotten that it is HIS kingdom that is to come, not their own. And likewise, they seem to have also forgotten that it is HIS will that is to be done on earth, not their own.

Restore the body to its true purpose and place, please LORD, which is a body of believers who seek above all else to exalt YOUR name, and Your name only, who seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and who seek to love their neighbour as themselves, which is Your will. Which is to love our neighbour as You love us.

For it is by these things that the sons of God may be made known from the sons of the evil one. “Through this, the children of God and the children of the devil are manifest: anyone not practicing righteousness is not of God (Matthew 6:33; Matthew 22:37), and also the one not loving his brother (Matthew 22:39).“ 1 John 3:10.

For those who love themselves and their own names more than seeking to exalt HIS name, who seek their own kingdom, have wandered from the pattern and the priority and the passion of loving the LORD their God with all their heart, all their mind, all their soul, and all their strength.
